  Mina Hakuba | Soma's childhood friend, Mina remains outside of the castle as Soma searches within to discover the secret of Dracula. Mina offers Soma advice from which she acquires through a man named Genya Arikado. |
  Genya Arikado | He is a member of a mysterious Japanese government organization related to national security. However he really is Alucard, the son of Count Dracula. Arikado instructs Soma on how to find and defeat the true soul of Dracula. |
  Yoko Belnades | Yoko is a witch and part of the Belnades clan, whose members are adept at magic, a trait they inherited from Sypha Belnades of Castlevania III: Dracula's Curse. Yoko has came to the castle in search of Graham Jones, whom she believes will inherit Dracula's powers. |
  Hammer | A member of the United States military who is also teleported to Dracula's Castle. He quickly opens up his own shop and sells merchandise to Soma to help aid him in his quest. Hammer falls in love with Yoko, but she does not share the same feelings. |
  Julius Belmont | Originally known simply as J. This man suffers from amnesia, which was brought upon him after he defeated Dracula in the year 1999. J is a supporting character in the game at first, but then can be used as a playable character after you defeat the game with Soma. |
  Graham Jones | Graham Jones was born on the day of Dracula's death. He has supernatural powers and believes that he is the reincarnation of Dracula. But is he really? |
