For the first time since it’s North American debut in 1987, the U.S. Castlevania logo was changed for this game.
In another first, the game was titled as Castlevania in Japan, rather than Akumajo Dracula.
The U.S. translation for the game’s title in Japan is Castlevania: White Night Concerto, or also Castlevania: Concerto of the Midnight Sun.
Was re-released in Japan as part of Konami’s GBA “The Best” series in 2005.
Re-released along with Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow as part of the GBA Castlevania: Double Pack on January 11th, 2006.
Castlevania: Double Pack was never released in Japan.
Castlevania Advance Collection also includes the Japanese and European versions of the game.
